The girls are doing great. Madison had to go back on oxygen but this is no big deal. Cade was holding Mackenzie and her oxygen was off for one hour and she did fine.
Next week is a big week. The doctor is taking both of them off of oxygen and also both will start to bottle feed. Now this is a big event if you ask me. It might take them a little while to learn to swallow but I've got faith in these two little fighters.
Madison weighs 3 lbs., 15 ounces and Mackenzie weighs 3 lbs., 10 ounces. They continue to grow at a steady pace. They continue to go through routine exams such as eyes, etc. and they continue to pass them with flying colors.
Well, that's all I know. They don't give me any more facts than I can digest at one time. That's probably a good thing.
