Well, we got our electricity back late last night and we even had internet so that calls for a baby update. Madison weighs 3 lbs., 12 ounces and Mackenzie weighs 3 lbs., 7 ounces. They have taken Madison off of all oxygen and she is maintaining at this time. She could possibly have to go back on but this is a big step forward. Mackenzie is not far behind. Bottomline - the girls are doing "great". This is even a word the doctors and nurses are using. Praise God for his watching over and caring for these babies and thanks to all of you for your prayers and words of encouragment.
As far as the hurricane, it has affected millions of people. We are fortunate because we are on the west side of Houston. The main issue is electricity, water and sewer and this could affect hundreds of thousands of people for days and weeks. This area can use your thoughts and prayers for weeks and months to come.
