The girls have reached and passed many milestones in the seven weeks they have been in NICU but the one today is very special - today the babies start wearing clothes! Real, cutsie, itsy-bitsy clothes and trust me on this one - these two girls already have a substantial wardrobe!
The doctor continues to give Megan and Cade thorough reports and he is extremely pleased with the progress and outlook. They were visiting with him yesterday and those sitting in the waiting room reported all three of them were doing a lot of laughing...that is good enough report for me.
Madison now weights 4 lbs., 4 ozs. and Mackenzie weighs 3 lbs., 14 ozs. Today they are also scheduled to tackle bottle feeding - just another milestone they will conquer in no time.
