Madison is maintaining her steady level of improvement. She is still off of ventilator, eyes are open and she seems to be very stable. Mackenzie is still having to deal with a few issues. The medicine for the heart murmur seems to have worked. The doctor (cardiologist) said it appears to be fixed. However, they put her back on the ventilator this morning and are preparing to give her steroids tomorrow to help with her blood pressure and breathing. She responded to previous medicines they have given her and I have great faith that she will respond to this one as well.
One of her "claims to fame" is that she was opening her eyes two days before "sister!" Both of the girls have great color and it is a pure pleasure to visit them. The second brain scan was done last Friday and both girls passed with flying colors!
All grandparents have gone home and are back at work. Keep the girls and Cade and Megan in your prayers as they all take this "one day at a time!"

The girls are beautiful! We are very happy to hear that they are progressing so well! We talk about them and pray for them everyday! Hugs and Kisses to the Solsbery gang! Rhyann can't wait to meet her cousins!! :)
